The Student Prince is the 1954 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film, which are regarded as being among Lanza's finest renditions of English-language songs. The Desert Song was originally recorded in Rome in August/September 1959 at a time when Lanza was recovering from a bout of double pneumonia, these are the tenor's final recordings. He died on October 7, 1959, shortly after the recordings were made.
This preowned but never played CD is in excellent condition. The jewel case is also in great condition, but has scratches. Please the pictures.
